NSAC
'Goes To The Races'

On the 8th June NSAC held a
successful racing night at Newbury races. All turned out in
smart attire for the member’s enclosure. Pimms was drunk, bets
were made and ‘come on’ shouted (Plus a few other things not
worth mentioning!). Some got a few winners, but most were one
legged donkey’s! The only person recorded to be up on the night
was Kev ‘the racing pundit’ Gamble. A raffle was held for the
boat fund with prizes of a Jaguar E type for a day (Kindly
donated by DESHIREABLE
CARS
LIMITED)
and a bottle of Champagne. Anthony was the lucky winner of the
main prize and can be seen claiming his ticket. Other people
featured are Martin ‘Mafia Don’ Openshaw, Johno ‘taking pictures
for sporting life’ de Lara and the rest of the NSAC betting
ring. Thanks go to Simon Hiscock and Kev gamble for organising a
great event.
